This service provides brief, in-home checkups for active people who treasure their independence but need a little boost to stay well. As with NNC’s other services, you see the same nurse each time.Health ‘n’ Home Nurse is for people in private homes, retirement centers, in assisted living and group homes. Visits are designed to help people monitor their health between physician visits. The nurse comes to you—even when it’s too hot, too cold or too icy to go out.
